Chinese Massage – Tai Chi Tirana (“we”, “us”) operates the Facebook Page, Instagram account, and WhatsApp number for our massage business in Tirana, Albania, and the website taichi.al. When you contact us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, or when you book through our website, we process personal data such as your name, contact details, and the content of your messages, solely to answer your inquiry and manage your appointment.
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to office@taichi.al with the subject line “Data deletion request”, or send us a message on the channel you used to contact us (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp) asking us to delete your data. Please include the name or phone number you used so we can locate your records.
What happens next
We will delete the personal data associated with you — including your messages in our customer-messaging system and your details in our booking calendar — within 30 days of your request, and we will confirm by email once it is done. We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to (for example, invoicing and tax records), and only for as long as the law requires.
Removing the app’s access
You can also remove our app’s access to your Facebook or Instagram account at any time from your account settings: on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove the app; on Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and Websites.
